Welcome to Higher Ground Baptist Church

Who We Are: We are a body of believers united by our desire to follow Jesus Christ. We are committed to fulfilling His purpose for our lives, supported by the entire Higher Ground church family. Our church is made up of ordinary people from all walks of life who understand the need to continually rely on God to get through our daily lives. We are here to connect people with God and with each other.

What We Believe: The Bible, consisting of both Old and New Testaments, is the very word of God, divinely inspired and without error in the original manuscripts. Under the moving of the Holy Spirit, the human authors of Scripture penned direct revelation from God himself.

“A Cup of Refreshing” for HGBC Ministry Leaders/Teams

All ministry leaders and their teams are invited to Ron and Stephanie Stephenson’s house for a night of refreshing. This event is designed to minister to the ministers of our growing church!  This is to be a time for refreshing!  The ministry leaders need not bring ANYTHING but themselves and their Bibles and to come in “comfy” clothes.  This event is to serve them.

There will be a guest musician, Donna-Pinard Cloutier, to lead us in worship. There will be a great message from the Psalms (a very entertaining but meaningful one)! A hot homestyle dinner will be offered available starting at 6pm, worship will start between 6:30 and 7pm.

All ministry leaders who are attending, please RSVP to Stephanie Stephenson at watercolorarteest@yahoo.com  or by phone 568-3280 (or by facebook).  It will help to successfully plan enough for the dinner.

Date:    January 23, 2012
Time:    6pm to 9pm
Located at the Stephenson’s house:
266 Harmony Road, Northwood, NH 03261
